4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt flower
1/2 teaspoon Provencal herb mix
Mix the ingredients well to make a paste. Spread this sauce first on the other side of the rib. Put the sauce side down on the grill and now spread the other part of the sauce on the other side.
