Green spring salad

For 4 you need

1 box of hot loop salad
2 avocados
1 dl yellow cherry tomatoes
2 stems spring onions
1 dl spinach leaves
2 tablespoons salted almonds
Loraus Alziarin olive oil
Loraus Bonissima dark balsamic sauce

Divide the lettuce and spinach leaves on plates.
Peel and slice the avocados, chop the cherry tomatoes, chop the spring onion and grate the almonds.
Add to the plates so that the almond crumb remains on top.
Lorauta Alziar olive oil and Bonissima balsamic sauce just before serving.
Enjoy it as such even as an evening meal. You can always fry fish fillet or zucchini on the side.
