Salmon a la moutarde


For 4 people
1 salmon fillet
1 prk sour cream
3 tsp Delin Dijon or honey Dijon- mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
10g butter
salt flower

Place the salmon fillet face down on either the baking sheet or baking sheet
mix the other ingredients and spread the paste evenly over the salmon fillet.
Place a few butter butter in 2-3 spots of salmon.
Fry the salmon at 190 degrees, depending on the thickness of the salmon, for about 20-30 minutes. Salmon is best when it's just cooked. Too ripe salmon is dry.
Enjoy eg with boiled potatoes and carrots.
You can sprinkle with salt flower, black pepper or fresh dill.
