For 4 people
3 large solid potatoes
1 set of salad. Also choose a hard leaf salad
1-2 -2 avocados
1 red onion
1 prk Belle happy Germon tuna in oil
Prunotto grilled artichokes
Olives Arnaud's black thyme olives
2 tablespoons smoked mayonnaise
3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon Reine de Dijon coarse mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt flower
1 teaspoon sugar
6 tablespoons Alziar olive oil
Boil the potatoes and eggs and cool.
Mix the sauce in a large bowl so that first the vinegar and other ingredients, then add the oil.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to a bowl. Mix the sauce well with the potatoes and allow to season.
Cut the salad, avocado, onion and artichokes to the desired size and add to the bowl. Everything can be mixed together or the salad can be arranged nicely into a flatter dish.
Tuna, olives and egg last and smoked mayonnaise to give a flavor on top.
