For 4 you need
1 kg of pork casserole
1/2 pll Prunotton tomato passata + the same amount of water
1 dl DeliDelin sun-dried tomatoes
1 prk Olives Arnaudin black wrinkled olives
1 teaspoon Provence herb blend
2 tsp gray sea salt
Put all the ingredients in an ovenproof dish. Kassler can be cut into thick 2-3 cm slices and dipped in the mixture.
Cook at 150 degrees for 4 hours under a lid or baking paper.
You can enjoy a warm inside of pita bread, for example, or a cold cocktail piece. You can sprinkle mild goat cheese feta on top (hall spice oasis)
