The duck stone circle is one of the lesser-known ingredients in French cuisine in Finland. For gourmets, however, the duck stone circuit is certainly a familiar product. Serve with chilled stone pie slices, for example, with salad or potatoes made in the Sarland style, ie potatoes fried in goose fat!

Description
The stone circle is the posterior part of the duck's stomach, where the bird grinds the food it eats. La Maison Godard’s duck stone circles are preserved in duck fat, where its aromas only intensify.
Before use, immerse the jar in a water bath that removes grease from the stone circles. Then heat the stone pies in a pan while frying.
Serve either chilled with walnut seasoned in walnut oil or with warm fried potatoes or bean stew.
La Maison Godard ducks grow free in the open air. They are fed only at their own pace with corn without forced feeding.
