Greenolia olive oils are full of natural freshness and pure flavors. Their organic olives are grown without pesticides or other chemicals; Greenolia olive trees are always protected by natural methods. The olives to be picked are also tested regularly and accurately. They are picked just before full ripening to preserve the fresh aromas of the olives in the oil to be pressed. The olives are always cold-pressed on the day of picking and sorted by hand before pressing.
Greenolia’s organic olive oil is a balanced blend in which the Amfissis and Koroneiki varieties bring to it its unique taste, combining the spiciness of Koroneiki and the softness of Amfissis.
