Maison Potier's ready-made hollandaise sauce is an effortless option if you want to succeed in the hollandaise sauce you offer. It is made only from the best and most authentic ingredients, respecting the traditional method of making sauce. The sauce does not contain any sodium glutamate, dyes, added flavors, palm oil or genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). Hollandaise sauce is perfect for fish, shellfish, seafood, eggs, potatoes, asparagus, other steamed vegetables and poultry.
Use: Cut the top of the sachet and place the sachet upright in a mug or micro-resistant glass. Heat for 5 to 10 seconds. The sauce can also be heated in a water bath in an upright position for a few minutes.
