The wonderfully fruity and delicious Lucien Georgelin jams are still cooked in a large pot for a long time, as has been done for decades according to the manufacturer’s mother’s recipes. Organic apricot jam is made from carefully selected ingredients that are all organic.
In addition to apricots, apples have been used in the jam, which reduces the amount of sugar needed for the jam. The jam contains up to 50 % authentic apricots.
The secret of the delicious recipe is the authentic traditional method of preparation, pure ingredients and natural pectin. No additives or preservatives, dyes or artificial flavors are required. Organic apricot jam is perfect, for example, on top of bread, between croissants or as a filling for desserts and pastries!
