We also offer a variety of delicious seasoned pastas, such as tomato paste and truffle paste. The pastas in our selection come from the Morellian pasta house in Tuscany, which relies on traditional pasta production. Morell pastas are also famous for their flour, which is made from preserved wheat germ. The germ's best preserved wheat plant proteins and vitamins, and its preservation also creates a unique taste in the pasta.
