Description
Coufidou Agen plums have a certificate attesting to their origin. Plums are grown in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in south-western France.
After collection, they are dried until their moisture content drops to 35%. They are then packaged so that the plums retain their succulent texture and delicious aromas. Plums still have a stone in store, which is worth considering when eating them for the first time.
