Coriander is a very aromatic plant, sometimes referred to in France as Chinese parsley. Coriander produces seeds that are cultivated until they ripen to brown.
Dried coriander seeds can be used whole, for example to season oils or ground in a wide variety of dishes and baking. Coriander seeds can also be roasted, giving them a fruity, very pleasant aroma. Only the imagination is the limit in the use of coriander!
