Olives Arnaud’s dark pitted olives are made in the Greek way, where the olives are first allowed to rest in brine for a good drizzle. This causes them to wrinkle. The olives are then rinsed to remove excess salt before preserving in the sunflower oil. The taste of the olives is completed by the thyme of Provence.
