Italian organic olive oil BIO from Terre Francescane is made from the best organic olives in Italy and cold pressed into high quality extra virgin olive oil. Oil is only available in limited quantities. The olive varieties used in the oil are mainly Leccino, Frantoio and Peranzana.
In addition to fruity, herbaceous and artichoke aromas, the oil has a slight peppery aftertaste. BIO olive oil is particularly suitable for finishing portions of red meat, grilled dishes, salads, pastas and roasted vegetables.
