La Chinata’s original paella seasoning is made from only the finest ingredients without any artificial ingredients. In addition to smoked paprika powder and saffron, it contains tomato powder, turmeric, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt blossom, Ñora chili pepper and onion.
Instructions for 4 people paella:
Saute olive oil in a paella pan and heat. Add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables to your liking. Then add 300 g of paella rice and one bag of paella spices. Fry the rice and spices for a few seconds. Add water or broth (caldo) and check if you need paella salt. Cook until the rice is cooked through. Leave to simmer for another 5 minutes and check the taste. ¡Que aproveche!
