Description
Pérou coffee beans from the Lobodis coffee roastery are grown on the slopes of Machu Picchu in central Peru, in the Junin region at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,500 meters. The area is characterized by a hot and humid climate as well as greenish volcanic soils that are great for coffee growing, producing one of the highest quality coffee qualities. Arabica beans are picked by hand, carefully selected. The dark roast of Lobodis completes the coffee, creating a medium-bodied and fruity coffee.
Preparation: Espresso machine, grinding by hand or by machine.
Dosage: 7-10 g or 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup.
Package size: 1 kg, 140 cups.
Storage: preferably an opaque and airtight jar protected from light.
Sorting: used coffee beans can be recycled as biowaste. The packaging is disposed of with incinerated waste.
