Description
Rosemary is a wonderfully aromatic herb that grows throughout the Mediterranean. Rosemary is sown in April, after which it can be harvested all year round. Dried rosemary has a light menthol and woody aroma. It is used especially in Mediterranean cuisine, but it is a highly valued herb around the world.
