Description
Cabecita Loca is a premium sangria handcrafted by VĂctor ClaverĂa BarrabĂ©s from the town of Barbastro in Huesca, AragĂłn. It is the only sangria to receive the Artisanal Food Certificate from the AragĂłn government and won a gold medal at the ConVino 2018 International Competition – Spain’s only international sangria competition.
Sangria is made from red wine aged in French oak and mixed with grape juice, organic Mediterranean citrus juices, Sri Lankan «five zero special» cinnamon sticks and Papua New Guinean vanilla pods. No added sugars or artificial flavourings – all the sweetness comes straight from the fruit. Unclarified and unfiltered, it contains natural citrus pulp particles and a slight haze – the sign of a true artisanal product.
Serve in a large pitcher with plenty of ice, fresh citrus slices and mint sprigs. 8.5 % vol. 0.75 l glass bottle with glass stopper.
