Foie Gras

Foie gras refers to various delicacies made from goose or duck liver. Foie gras is a well-known part of French cuisine and is often considered a celebratory delicacy. Here you will find whole preserved duck and goose livers as well as silky smooth “blocs”. The products mostly use traditional ducks or Périgord geese reared in the south-west of France.
