Tuber melanosporum is the most valuable winter truffle.
The truffle season starts around 1.12, so the exact arrival date will only be known once the season has officially started. We will order the truffles so that we will exhaust them around 02.12.2025. The price estimate is around 2000€/kg. The price of the product is calculated at this price per kilo and is about 25g.

The Italian D. Barbero's whole roasted pistachios are of the prestigious Bronte variety ("Pistacchio Verde di Bronte"), which grows on volcanic soil in Sicily near Mount Etna.
