Maison Nicolas Alziari is a Nice olive oil house with roots dating back to the terraced vineyards of the Côte d'Azur, established in 1868. Alziari is the leading producer in the AOP Nice region and one of the few that uses the traditional Genoese cold-pressing method: the olives are slowly ground in a stone basin for 2-3 hours, the oil rises to the surface in cold water and is collected immediately.

This Côte d'Azur gift set contains two of Alziari's most iconic products:

• Olives de Nice AOP 125 g – Cailletier olives from Nice in brine. Small, round and juicy, with a soft nutty and fruity taste.
• Cuvée César AOP Nice olive oil 100 ml – 100 % Cailletier variety, the same olive as the one packed in the jar. Light, floral, with hints of banana and ripe fruit.
