Description
Maison Nicolas Alziari is a Nice olive oil house that has been in business since 1868 and is also known for its exceptional artisanal wine vinegars. These vinaigrettes à la pulpe are made with fruit purees, not just flavorings – the result is richer and more authentic.
This lemon vinegar contains 42 % of real lemon, which gives the product a natural bright lemon flavor. Chives (0.2 %) add a subtle herbal note. Apple pectin acts as a natural thickener.
Alziari recommends this vinegar especially for seafood and small stir-fried vegetables. It also works great in salad dressings, fish marinades, and ceviche.
