Description
Babbi is an Italian family business founded in 1952 in Bertinoro, Emilia-Romagna. Started by Attilio Babbi, the company is best known for its waffles – especially the chocolate-covered Viennesi waffles – and is now run by the fourth generation.
Babbini are small wafer pieces, with four thin, crispy wafer sheets alternating with a soft pistachio cream. The entire piece is covered in melting white chocolate. The pistachio flavor is clear and rich, and the combination of crunchy and soft makes them dangerously addictive.
Perfect with coffee, as a gift or for a little sweet treat. 132 g. Made in Italy.
