The content is the same high-quality multi-varietal EVOO: Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara. Light fruitiness, fresh herbs, oregano and green almonds – bitterness and pungency in light, balanced ways. The perfect oil that enhances the taste of food without covering it.
