Favorita Truffle Pesto combines classic Ligurian pesto with aromatic white truffles to create a luxurious taste experience. This sophisticated pesto contains Genoa DOP basil (22%) and white truffles (2%), combined with olive oil, cashews and pine nuts.
The deep, earthy aroma of truffles perfectly complements the brightness of fresh basil, creating a balanced and refined taste. La Favorita makes this pesto using traditional methods, and each jar contains the authentic flavors of the Piedmont and Ligurian regions.
Use: Perfect with pasta, pizza or gnocchi. We recommend not adding cheese to fully reveal the intense aroma and taste of the truffle. Also suitable for risotto, on bruschetta or as a dipping sauce for fresh bread. Also great mixed with soft cheeses. Keep refrigerated after opening.
