Cosecha Temprana Ecológico Day is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil from the production line of Nobleza del Sur in Andalusia. This exceptional oil is made from hand-picked olives at an early stage of ripening, which ensures an intense flavour profile and a rich antioxidant content.
The flavour profile of the oil is harmoniously balanced - a fresh and fruity start develops into a pleasant tartness, ending with a gentle burn. Fresh herbs, green tomato and freshly cut grass are highlighted in the aroma. The colour is a beautiful golden green, indicating the high chlorophyll content of the oil.
Ecológico Day is perfect for breakfast with toast, salad dressings and light pasta dishes. The oil retains its nutritional value and aroma best when used cold, but is also suitable for light cooking.
