Olives Arnaud’s Nice Olives are dark purple, small olives of the Coquillos variety that are picked when fully ripe. After picking, they are allowed to mature in brine for almost a year.
Nice little olives are characterized by a slightly sweeter, strong olive flavor. Serve them especially in a salad, such as a nice salad!

It's great to have a French delicatessen in Helsinki, where you can get the same special products I've been lugging from Nice in the spring. Although I do shop at DeliDel during the summer. This summer, the renovation of Hakaniemi Square makes it difficult to visit the Hall. Luckily there is an online shop.

They were a bit small, quite a lot of wastage with these. But they were very tasty olives. Went for snacking as they were.

Heavenly rich and spicy, lovely thyme aroma and works as an appetizer just as it is. And you can use the oily spicy sauce at the end.
