Description
Pamako Blend is made from a combination of two traditional Greek varieties, Tsounati (60 %) and KoroneikĂn (40 %). The olives are hand-picked from the Selino Mountains in Crete, at an altitude of 500-700 meters, from century-old trees.
The oil has a phenol content of 1,466 mg/kg, which exceeds the health effect requirement of EU Regulation 432/2012 by many times. Pamako is the world's first EVOO certified as a dietary supplement and can be prescribed by doctors.
Taste: fresh and intensely fruity, mildly pungent, slightly tart aftertaste. Excellent finishing oil for salads, fish and vegetables.
