Description
Finca la Barca's truffle-flavoured date paste is made using only the highest quality, genuine ingredients and a combination of natural flavours. Two of gastronomy's top raw materials, sweet potato and truffle, combine to create a mouth-watering spread that is perfect for both savouring and cooking.
The paste is also an excellent base for sauces for meats, vegetables and potatoes. You can also use it to flavour risottos, potato pancakes and pies. Try it also as a delicious filling for ravioli or other pasta.
Does not contain gluten. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.

Not terribly strong, but very tasty. Delicious with savoury biscuits and good wine. A sweet dessert wine was also a good match. The flavour was strongly tannic - the truffle aroma was quite faint.
