In northern France you will find Normandy and Brittany. Both regions have their own traditions and delicacies. The Atlantic coast brings fish, shellfish and salt, Normandy apples, which are used to make cider and Calvados. Milk jam made from local milk is familiar and a biscuit baked with butter is a great little sweet treat for a snack.

Tuber melanosporum is the most valuable winter truffle.
The truffle season starts around 1.12, so the exact arrival date will only be known once the season has officially started. We will order the truffles so that we will exhaust them around 02.12.2025. The price estimate is around 2000€/kg. The price of the product is calculated at this price per kilo and is about 25g.
A small quantity will also be available in our shop. We recommend pre-ordering. The next order will arrive in week 51.
