Apple-honey vinegar, La Maison Alziari 200 ml

This pale yellow flavoured vinegar is ideal for finishing many dishes and bringing a fruity acidity to the spectrum of flavours. The vinegar contains up to 42 % of apple juice, giving it a real fruity flavour.
It is particularly good in vinaigrettes and on cooked vegetables such as artichokes, broccoli, asparagus and green beans. It makes a particularly perfect pairing in endive salads with gruyère cheese, walnuts and raisins.
Try apple-honey vinegar with foie gras, pork and rabbit, scallops or as a condiment for herring.
