Description
Lucien Georgelini's Bolognese sauce is a delicious combination of Marmande tomatoes and French meat. The sauce contains a generous 18.7% of meat - pork (14%) and beef (4.7%), both from France - making it filling and protein-rich.
Marmande tomatoes give the sauce a sunny, rich base. Onion, carrot, garlic, basil and thyme complete the flavour profile - just like a long braised homemade bolognese.
Made in the tradition of Lucien Georgelin, without colourings, preservatives or artificial flavours.
