Picholines olives from Chateau Virant, a French wine and olive producer, are popular, whole green olives whose freshness charms its experimenters. Its solid composition melts in your mouth!
Description
Chateau Virant’s Picholines olives are harvested in October from the farm’s own olive groves in Provence. In October, the olive fruit is still green and oil-free on the inside. After harvesting, the olives are treated to remove their acidity. They are then ready to be stored in brine. This gives the olives its irresistible, fresh aroma.

Nam nam, a super tasty gourmet olive and I got hooked on these over 10 years ago. I always have these at home and they make a great gift.

A really pleasant and very different olive, with a taste that is indescribably beautiful and a nice crisp mouthfeel. Nowhere else have I found these in Finland. My son thinks these olives from "mum" are the best in the world.
