Ghiaccio – ”ice” in Italian – is part of Frantoio D'Orazioni’s Aqua Collection, whose bottles exude the clear aesthetics of water and ice. The design combines the maritime identity of Apulia with modern artistic craftsmanship.
The bottle contains D'Orazio's multi-varietal extra virgin olive oil, made from the traditional varieties of the Conversano region: Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara. Light and fruity, with notes of grass and fresh leaves, a light bitterness and a spicy balance.
