Oleosophia's November Harvest is the family business's most famous oil: a Greek extra virgin olive oil that combines the Manaki and Megaritiki varieties. The olives are hand-picked from the family's own orchard in the Corinth region from October to mid-November, making the oil both fruity and nutritious.

The oil has a mild and full-bodied profile: a fresh green aroma, gentle fruitiness and a restrained, balanced tang. It naturally contains polyphenols, antioxidants, carotenes, vitamin E and chlorophyll.
