Oleosophia extra virgin olive oil November harvest 500ml

November Harvest is the Oleosophia family’s Greek extra virgin olive oil, created from the combination of two local varieties, Manaki and Megaritiki. The olives are grown in the family’s own orchard in the Corinth region and are hand-picked between October and mid-November – precisely when fruitiness and nutritional values are at their best.

The taste is soft and fruity, with a balance of bitterness and peppery throatiness. The aroma has fresh green tones. The oil is naturally rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, carotenes, vitamin E and chlorophyll.

The 500 ml bottle is convenient for exploring the whole thing or as a finishing oil on the kitchen table: for salads, fish, sauces and bread dipping. Great Taste 2020 award winner.
