Lucien Georgelin has recreated a classic Mexican salsa sauce in his French terroir spirit. The mild salsa sauce combines the full-bodied flavour of Marmande tomatoes with onion, pepper, coriander and cucumber - with a subtle espelette chilli for a finishing twist.
The result is a salsa that is perfect for the whole family - not too spicy, but spicy and full-bodied.
Ideas for use:
- Dip with tortilla chips
- Stuffing for fajitas, burritos or tacos
- Garnish for grilled meat or fish
- Sauce for vegetable soups or quesadillas
Store in the fridge after opening and use within a week or so. No dyes, preservatives or artificial flavours.
