Barre Clandestine Kilombero cashew milk chocolate is made from cocoa grown in Kilombero, Tanzania. Trinitario and Néo-Nacional cocoa bushes have been allowed to grow among banana trees and wild plants as part of a biodiversity that benefits many primate species and elephants in the region.
The chocolate is entirely plant-based. In addition to cocoa and cane sugar, only cashew nut milk and cocoa butter have been used to give it a roundness and velvety texture to counterbalance the cocoa's acidity. The chocolate contains 60 % of cocoa.
The chocolate won gold at the 2023 European chocolate Awards in both the organic and general categories.

First of all, olives are the first (1) to be pressed for the first oils of the harvest. The olives are harvested in October (10), when most of the olives are still green. Secondly, 10 kilos of fresh olives (1/10) are needed to make 1 litre of this premium olive oil.
1/10 olive oil is fresh, unfiltered olive oil that is available to gourmets within a few months of pressing. As the oil matures in its bottle, it becomes similar to the manufacturer's other oils, allowing it to be used as other oils.
