Patrice Chapon's chocolate house makes chocolates from the start, from roasting cocoa to squeezing fruit juices used in chocolate and roasting coffee. The founder of the chocolate house is also involved in all stages from the procurement of chocolate beans to the finishing of sweets.
The chocolate itself contains no fats other than genuine cocoa butter or gluten. Fruit candies, on the other hand, are filled with real fruit and not with artificial flavors. These are real quality candies, every component of which is made with care and skill.
