Arroz Brazal

Brazal rice has been grown in Aragon since 1996. The rice grows at a higher altitude than in the rest of Spain in conditions considered extreme for this crop. The rice fields are irrigated with pure Pyrenean meltwater, and production is controlled from start to finish in the company's own mill. This ensures that the hard-earned Aragonese rice is of the finest quality. The aim is to create a product of exceptional quality that tells the story of the rice carefully produced by more than 60 farmers. With this rice, every recipe is a success. The products have been awarded the most prestigious quality standards: the BRC and IFS.
