Full-bodied Papupata

Full-bodied Papupata 🫘🥘

This is an easy and delicious bean stew to warm you up on those cold autumn days!

🧄 2 single cloves of garlic (or several small cloves) chopped in a casserole or high-sided pan with olive oil.
After a moment, add 1 shallot, finely chopped, to the garlic and cook slowly until tender.
🌶 Add dried chilli, parsley and salt to taste.
Stir in 1/2 carrot, cut into slices.
Add 1 bunch of Prunotto whole tomatoes and 7 cubes of frozen spinach leaves or a bunch of fresh leaves, and a can of (drained) Pro Sain white beans. Add water to half a can of tomatoes.

Leave the stew to cook in peace under the lid, adding more water if necessary if the mixture dries out or sticks to the bottom.
Finally, add a jar (2 dl) of oat cream.

Important!
Toast the bread generously in olive oil in a pan on both sides and serve with the stew.

Spoon the bean stew onto pieces of bread and enjoy! 🤍
