For 20 years I've been with my daughter's family in France and there were always bags full of duck in them.Then it became a stockan delicacy and now I buy it at the prism in the bay, it's a wonderful food. I also put apple and peach slices or whatever fruit I happen to have at home on the baking sheet.

Very tasty and easy to prepare. Can not fail. I put in a baking dish of chopped potatoes and carrots. Seasoned with tinjami and rosemary and the fat in the jar ( a little). Top with the sticks, 185c and 45-60min . I saved the rest of the fat and use a spoonful at a time to season other casseroles.
The best treat available from a jar. I recommend.

Super good meat, in addition, the fat can be used for frying (of course it's good to freeze it if you don't use it all right away). You can easily get festive food and it doesn't require great cooking skills. If you should have some canned meat at home, this is the best possible version.
