Description
The recipe for this delicious tapenade oil is very simple: crushed black olives, capers, garlic, herbs from Provence and a hint of anchovies. The crowning touch is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil.
Sardines are caught off Brittany and are hand-canned within 24 hours of being caught. After cooking, they are loaded into jars and finally the preserving oil is poured on top.
Sardines can be used in hundreds of different ways: in stuffed breads, salads, pies, with potatoes, with rice, in pasta or in various pastas. Try it and find your favourite way!
