For 4 you need
DeliDel's banana pan & Organic poire williams pear jam - the very best combination ever - jamais. Well, organic raspberry jam also “proceeded”
Pannari instructions:
Stir in a bowl
3 eggs
8 dl milk
1/2 tsp salt flower
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder and
2 dl sugar
Whisk well.
Melt 100g of butter (30s in the microwave) in one bowl and on the other with another fork 1 overripe (there is always at least one left) banana.
Mix both and 4 dl of flour in the egg milk mixture.
Allow to set for about 20 minutes.
Line the high-rimmed baking sheet with baking paper, mix the dough once more well and pour onto the baking sheet.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Cut a piece, put on top of organic poire williams pear jam and enjoy!
