Description
La Maison Godard's duck liverbloc is made in the tradition of the Périgord region. Duck foie gras is emulsified into a fine, smooth paste, finished with Port and spices to give it a refined flavour profile. Serve chilled with toast or rye bread.
Duck liver, water, salt, Porto, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.
