The foie gras has been carefully selected for its taste and velvety soft texture. Serve the foie gras in thinly sliced or thicker pieces as is or with quality sparkling wine and toast.
Tip: Put the whole goose liver in its package in the refrigerator a few hours before serving. Take it out about 15 minutes before serving and slice it with a slicer for slicing goose liver or a fine-grained knife with a blade dipped in hot water. Serve the slices with lightly toasted country bread slices.
